At Spring Training, M.I.T.s learn and practice new sales skills with the assistance of the executive staff.

Throughout the spring and summer, we organize fun team events where managers have to opportunity to get to know each other. Interacting with other Branch Managers in a casual setting gives you a chance to connect with people who really understand the magnitude of what you are undertaking. Going through such an intense experience together often creates long-term bonds of friendship.

At the end of the summer, the top producing managers (those who produce at least $55,000) get to attend an all expenses paid trip to Mexico along with the company executives. There is nothing quite like unwinding from the stress of summer by lying on a beach in Cancun or snorkeling in Cabo San Lucas!
